Please make sure that prior to placing an order:
-
You warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
-
You are at least 18 years old.
-
You are resident in the European Union.
-
You undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Orders will be processed at our published prices; otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before processing. All prices are stated in Euro (€).

Delivery – Ireland
Delivery cost in Ireland will be covered by ecoflow.ie using a registered courier company. Heavier or larger items may incur a surcharge. This information will be displayed before you purchase the item.
TRACKING YOUR ITEM
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with instructions on how to track your parcel. In case you do not receive the delivery confirmation within two working days, please contact us.
If an order arrives damaged, you should not accept it. Ask for the damage details to be specified on the delivery docket and refuse the parcel.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
If an item goes missing whilst in transit or a customer has highlighted to us that an order of theirs has not been received, outside the estimated time for arrival, a refund/exchange will only be given if the courier company accepts the status of the parcel as missing. An investigation by the courier company will then take place which can take up to 30 days. ecoflow.ie cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Please read our Returns Policy in full prior to making your purchase from our website.
Change of Mind / Returns
-
You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 calendar days of receiving your order for a refund (delivery costs excluded).
-
To initiate a return, please notify us by email, phone, or the contact form on our website.
-
You are responsible for safely returning the goods to us. For returns due to change of mind, return postage is your responsibility.
Faulty Items / Warranty Claims
-
All products sold by ecoflow.ie come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years depending on the product. This covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
-
If a product develops a fault, ecoflow.ie will handle all warranty and faulty goods claims. We may liaise with the manufacturer or supplier to arrange diagnostics, parts, or service, but we remain your point of contact and are responsible for resolving the claim.
-
The standard remedy for a faulty product is repair or replacement. A refund (full or partial) will only be offered if repair or replacement is not possible or would be disproportionate.
-
Faulty goods must be returned in accordance with our instructions. For lithium batteries, petrol generators, or other regulated products, please contact us for guidance on safe and compliant returns.
Refund Processing
-
Once a return has been received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 48 hours, with confirmation emailed to you.
-
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and should appear within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.
-
ecoflow.ie is not responsible for customs duties or taxes on international orders.
